Henry just traded Forex above; see the analysis below:

Euro rate when Henry  bought the Currency = 7 CNY

Amount used by Henry to secure €300 => 300 x 7 = 2100 CNY 

Euro rate when Henry sold the Currency = 6.5 CNY per Euro

Amount Henry sold his 2100 CNY => 2100/6.5 = €323

Henry's profit => 323 - 300 = 23 Euro

So by buying and selling back some Chinese Yuan notes, Henry was able to make an additional €23 as income
